Return & Exchange Policy
1. All products purchased from Cougar Clothing Online Store can't be exchanged currently due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
In case of a dispute/complaint, you must notify us within 3 days of delivery by writing to email@example.com or by calling at 0335-1116664. In case you want to raise a dispute, we at Cougar look at each dispute on a case-by-case basis and try to be fair to both parties.
2. No product/item ordered online can be exchanged at any Cougar retail store. Replacement will be sent in case the product is found to be defected/faulty/damaged.
3. No Exchange & Return on discounted items during Sale.
There are certain scenarios where it is difficult for us to support returns & exchanges. Such scenarios include but are not limited to the following:
- Natural disaster such as earthquake, flood, pandemic etc.
- Exchange request is made outside the specified time frame.
- Product is damaged because of use.
- Product has been tampered.
- Anything is missing from the package including price tags, labels, original packing, freebies and accessories.
4.You will be required to email photographic evidence of the defective item at firstname.lastname@example.org or at our Facebook page: www.facebook.com/cougar.clothing/ within 7 days of purchase after which no claims will be entertained.
Cougar does not offer a “refund” or “Money Back Guarantee” on purchased items.
