Return & Exchange Policy

1. All products purchased from www.cougar.com.pk can't be exchanged currently due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
In case of a dispute/complaint, you must notify us within 3 days of delivery by writing to info@cougar.com.pk or by calling at 0335-1116664. In case you want to raise a dispute, we at Cougar look at each dispute on a case-by-case basis and try to be fair to both parties.
2. No product/item ordered online can be exchanged at any Cougar retail store. Replacement will be sent in case the product is found to be defected/faulty/damaged. You will be required to email photographic evidence of the defective item at info@cougar.com.pk or at our Facebook page: www.facebook.com/cougar.clothing/ within 7 days of purchase after which no claims will be entertained.
3. No Exchange & Return on discounted items during Sale.

There are certain scenarios where it is difficult for us to support returns & exchanges. Such scenarios include but are not limited to the following:

  1. Natural disaster such as earthquake, flood, pandemic etc.
  2. Exchange request is made outside the specified time frame.
  3. Product is damaged because of use.
  4. Product has been tampered.
  5. Anything is missing from the package including price tags, labels, original packing, freebies and accessories.

Cougar does not offer a “refund” or “Money Back Guarantee” on purchased items.
