Account
- You can create your account during the Checkout process
- You can also create your account by clicking on the account icon located in the top right corner and clicking on āCreate accountā
- After inputting required details and clicking āCreateā your account will be created
- You can Sign into your account by clicking on the account icon located in the top right corner or clicking āLoginā and inputting required details
- If you set up an account, then you do not have to enter your details every time you shop with us.
- Easier to check the status of orders.
- View past orders
- You will be updated with our New Arrivals, Sales and Promotional Activities
- Once signed in click on the account icon located on the top right corner
- Click on āview Addressesā listed in Account details
- You will then have the option to āAdd Addressā, āeditā or ādeleteā
- You can add a new address or edit an existing address according to your needs
- When adding a new address, you can change your default address by clicking on āSET AS DEFAULT ADDRESSā after inputting required details

Orders
- Select a Product
- Choose Preferred Size
- Select Quantity.
- Click on āAdd to cartā or āBuy it Nowā if you donāt wish to add more items to your cart.
- Click on the bag icon located on the top right corner
- After reviewing items in your cart click on proceed to check out
- Input the required details.
- Click āCreate an account for later useā if you want to register your account on our website. Selecting this option will prompt you to enter a password to secure your account.
- Select a payment method (Online Payment/COD)
- Click on āConfirm ORDERā once youāve filled in all the required details. Your Order Number which will be provided to you at the "Thank You" page.
- Check your email for an Order summary
- you will receive an automated call from Cougar through which you can confirm your Order. In case of no confirmation call, reach out to us at 042-32301484 or info@cougar.com.pk.
Yes, all prices offered on the website are consistent with prices of items instore.Ā
Click on the search icon on the top right of the website. Enter the SKU code or the name of the product you are looking for.
Yes, they will be the same except in the case of products which are handcrafted where slight differences can be expected. If there are any issues please Contact Customer Services. Note the actual color of the product may vary from the picture due to the setting of your device.
The Sales Order Summary emailed to you is a confirmation that your Order has been received. If you do not get this email, pleaseĀ Contact Customer Services immediately.
You can check the status of your order in two ways:
- Click on the āOrders Status" section in your account
- Click on āTrack Your Orderā in the Information Section located in the Footer and inputting required details

You can pay for your Order via two payment methods:
- Cash on Delivery ā available all over Pakistan.
- Online Payment ā Visa & Master Card, Debit & Credit Cards

Shipping & Handling
Your Order should be delivered within the following time frames:
- 24 to 48 Hours for Lahore.
- 3-4 working days for other cities.
- 5-7 working days for Northern Areas

In cases of political unrest or natural disasters some delay can be expected in delivery.

Returns & Exchange
You can also contact our Customer Service center by emailing us images of defected/wrong product atĀ info@cougar.com.pkĀ or calling us atĀ 042-32301484 within 7 days of delivery.
Non-sale Product(s) can be exchanged from any of our retail stores within 7 days from the date of delivery.Ā If the time has exceeded 7 days, then exchange is not possible.
