Yes, they will be the same except in the case of products which are handcrafted where slight differences can be expected. If there are any issues please Contact Customer Services. Note the actual color of the product may vary from the picture due to the setting of your device.
Unfortunately, you cannot reserve your Order online.
The Sales Order Summary emailed to you is a confirmation that your Order has been received. If you do not get this email, please Contact Customer Services immediately.

In some cases, payment sent by you may not be received by Cougar due a Banking error. If your bank account has been debited after a payment failure, it will be reimbursed to your bank account. Please contact your bank for any issues relating to payment failure.
Shipping & Handling
Your Order should be delivered within the following time frames:
- 24 to 48 Hours for Lahore.
- 3-4 working days for other cities.
- 5-7 working days for Northern Areas
In cases of political unrest or natural disasters some delay can be expected in delivery.
Delivery is free for all order valued more than Rs 2500. Any order valued less than Rs 2500, a standard fee of Rs. 180 is applicable.
Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping yet.
You should Contact Customer Services immediately as your order may be cancelled.
To modify your Address, please Contact Customer Services. Please note, the address cannot not be modified once the order has been dispatched.
Your Order ID is used to identify your Order and will be a part of the Order Sales Summary email. Once your Order has been dispatched, your Tracking ID will be sent to you via our courier partner or you may find it in your Sales Summary email.
Returns & Exchange
You can also contact our Customer Service center by emailing us images of defected/wrong product at email@example.com or calling us at 042-32301484 within 7 days of delivery.
Non-sale Product(s) can be exchanged from any of our retail stores within 7 days from the date of delivery. If the time has exceeded 7 days, then exchange is not possible.
