Currently the Amazon Pay payment option is not available in Cougar stores or outlet locations.
How can I return an order I placed using Amazon Pay?
All orders are subject to Cougar’s Online Return Policy. Your refund will be processed through the form of payment selected through your Amazon account.
Orders purchased through Amazon Pay may be returned by mail to the warehouse or in-person at a Cougar store. In-store returns will be packaged and shipped on your behalf to the warehouse for processing. To facilitate your return, please bring a printed version of the digital invoice you received in your shipment confirmation email. Refunds will be submitted once the return has been received and processed at the warehouse. Items may not be returned to or exchanged at Cougar outlet stores, department stores or other wholesale distributors.
Will my Cougar.com order appear in my Amazon Orders?
Your Cougar.com order details will not appear under Your Orders on your Amazon account. However, you can find your Cougar order information within the Amazon Pay section of your account activity.
If you have a Cougar.com account, you are able to see all order information within your account. You can create a Cougar.com account here where you can track the status of your order and access your order details.
Will my order be shipped by Amazon?

At this time, we only accept one form of payment per order.
For most items (excluding Made to Order, personalized items and 4Gift orders), you will not be charged until your order is shipped. A temporary hold will be placed on your credit card for the full amount when you place your order. Once we have verified your card details and received credit authorization, we will prepare your order for shipping and charge the full amount. Please allow up to two business days to prepare your order for shipment.
Made to Order items and personalized items require full payment at the time the order is placed. Once the order is received on Cougar.com, Cougar Client Services will contact you to confirm the order and process the payment. 4Gift orders will be processed by 4Gift and payments will be charged at the time the order is placed.
Affirm orders are subject to your loan agreement with Affirm. The first monthly payment will be charged 30 days after the shipment date. In some cases, a down payment will be required and will be charged when your order is placed.
At this time, we do not accept Cougar gift cards as a form of payment or offer Cougar gift cards for sale on Cougar.com. Pre-paid cards (such as pre-paid Visa gift cards) are accepted as a form of payment.
You may purchase up to five items per style.

Your order will be shipped within the same business day if the order is placed by 3 pm on the same day and you will receive a shipping confirmation email with delivery details. Delivery timing is estimated from the time your order is placed. All orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Deliveries are made Monday to Friday from 9am - 8pm. An adult signature will be required upon delivery. Cougar cannot be held responsible for any unanticipated delivery delays beyond Cougar’s control.
- Pre-order, Back-order, Made to Order and DIY items will ship on the estimated date noted on the product description page. These items will ship through Premium Express once they become available.
- Embossed items will ship through Premium Express. Please allow 3-4 business days for your order to be delivered.
- Due to shipping restrictions from the U.S. Department of Transportation, fragrances may not be shipped by air—please allow for additional time for delivery of these items.
- Orders containing fragrances and Décor products may be delivered only within the continental U.S. and cannot be delivered to Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico.
- Orders purchased through 4Gift are eligible for Premium Express Shipping only. Once the selection has been confirmed by the gift recipient, it will be shipped to the U.S. Address designated by the gift recipient at checkout.
Once your item(s) have shipped you will receive a confirmation email where you will find a link to track your order. In order to check the status of your shipment just click on the link, here you will also have the option of opting in for text updates. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been delivered.
If you need further assistance tracking your package, please contact FedEx directly at 1-800-GO-FEDEX and provide your tracking number.
For security reasons, an adult signature is required upon delivery. If you will be unavailable to sign for your package, Contact Us and a Client Advisor will arrange to have your order held at a nearby FedEx location for pickup.
FedEx will make a total of three delivery attempts on three consecutive business days. After the third attempt, your order will be returned to our warehouse.
The following delivery restrictions apply:
- Purchases may not be shipped to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, hotels, freight forwarders or to any address outside of the United States. To bill an order to your APO/FPO address, please Contact Us.
- Items purchased from the U.S. Cougar website may only be shipped within the continental U.S. and to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico. If you would like to ship an order internationally, you may shop from that country’s website or Contact Us and a Client Advisor will assist you.
- Items can only be shipped to one address per order. To ship to multiple addresses, please place a separate order for each location.
- Due to shipping restrictions from the U.S. Department of Transportation, fragrances may not be shipped by air. Please allow for additional time for delivery of these items.
- Orders containing fragrances and décor products may be delivered only within the continental U.S. and cannot be delivered to Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico.

Matching the one-of a-kind status of the vintage selection, each product comes in tailor-made packaging specially created to reflect their design. Crafted from a precious and luxurious-feeling fabric, your item will be treasured in special boxes that become true collector items themselves. Following Vault's geometric theme, the outside of the packaging is defined by different shapes and patterns, while the inside is embossed with the identification number of your item and holds an exclusive dust bag. Please note, items can only be refunded if sent with the original receipt or invoice, in their original packaging, with labels attached and in the same condition that you received them in.
Returns & Exchanges
Expand AllReturns may be made by mail or in store. The return window for online purchases is 30 days (10 days in the case of beauty items) from the date of delivery. You may return items by selecting "Return this Item" from your MY Cougar account under order details, through your delivery confirmation email or by contacting a Client Advisor. Once the request has been approved, your prepaid shipping label will be emailed to you or will be available for download in your MY Cougar account.
To facilitate a seamless process and a timely refund, please follow the return instructions below:
Return by mail:
1. Start the return process by:
- Clicking here,
- Selecting “Return this Item” from your MY Cougar account under Order Details,
- Clicking through your delivery confirmation email, or
- Contacting a Client Advisor.
2. Pack the item(s) you wish to return in the original packaging.
3. Once your return request has been approved, please proceed with choosing one of the following options:
- Download your prepaid shipping label from your MY Cougar account,
- Access prepaid shipping label in your return confirmation email, or
- Access prepaid shipping label QR code in your return confirmation email.
4. Print the prepaid shipping label and attach it to the package. For QR code returns, bring your package to a FedEx location and a team member will print your label using the QR code.
5. Call FedEx at +1.800.463.3339 to schedule a pickup or bring the package to the nearest location. All returns shipped using the prepaid shipping label are complimentary.
6. Once received in the warehouse, returns will be processed within approximately 7-10 business days and credited back to the original form of payment. You will receive an email confirmation when your return has been completed. Please note any shipping charges incurred at the time of purchase are non-refundable.
Return in store:
- You may return your item to any Cougar store in the U.S. (excluding Cougar outlet stores). Merchandise cannot be returned to department stores such as Nordstrom, Saks Fifth Avenue, Neiman Marcus, Bergdorf Goodman, etc.
- Please bring your return in its original packaging with a printed version of the digital invoice you received in your shipment confirmation email.
- Refunds for online orders purchased using PayPal, Amazon Pay, Affirm and 4Gift cannot be issued in a Cougar store and must be processed and issued at the Cougar.com warehouse. These items may be returned in store and will be packaged and shipped to the warehouse on your behalf. Once received in the warehouse, returns will be processed within 7-10 business days. You will receive an email confirmation when your return has been completed. Please note, 4Gift orders will be refunded to the gift contributors by 4Gift, not to the gift recipient, and it will not be possible to select a new item in store.
- Refunds will be credited back to the original form of payment. Please note any shipping charges incurred at the time of purchase are non-refundable.

Eligible returns of products purchased on Cougar.com may be made by mail or in store. Items must be returned in accordance with the requirements outlined below, within 30 days (10 days in the case of beauty products) from the date of delivery to the Cougar return address listed on the return shipping label or to a Cougar store in the United States (excluding Cougar outlet stores). Please note, corporate gifts must be returned exclusively to Cougar.com.
Returned merchandise must meet the below requirements in order to be accepted for a refund:
- All items must be in original condition with original tags attached. All merchandise - including Cougar Beauty - that has been worn, used, altered or damaged will not be accepted. For lingerie products, the underwear protection, when provided, must also be intact.
- Beauty products may only be returned if unopened within 10 days from the date of delivery.
- Certain items such as jewelry, watches, sunglasses and ready-to-wear are shipped with a return tag attached. Returns on these specific items will only be honored if the label remains intact.
- Due to the intimate nature of swimwear, tights and lingerie, these products should be tried on wearing your own clothing underneath.
- Made to Order, DIY and personalized items and lingerie products are final sale and cannot be returned.
- Décor items, such as chairs or items with non-standard dimensions, may require special return instructions. If you would like to return one of these items, please Contact Us.
- Items purchased at a Cougar store, Cougar outlet store or other retailer or distributor cannot be returned to Cougar.com. These items may only be returned to the store of the original purchase.
Items purchased online may be returned, in accordance with the Online Return Policy requirements, within 30 days (10 days in the case of beauty products) from the date of delivery, to any Cougar store in the United States (excluding Cougar outlet stores or department stores such as Nordstrom, Saks Fifth Avenue, Neiman Marcus, Bergdorf Goodman, etc.). Merchandise returned by mail to the warehouse will be processed within approximately 7-10 business days from receipt. You will receive an email confirmation when your return has been completed. Refunds will be credited back to the original form of payment. Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover prepaid gift cards will be reimbursed to the original card used.
Orders purchased using Affirm are subject to the loan agreement. If your return is processed within 30 days from the shipment date, your loan with Affirm will be canceled before your first payment is due. If your return is processed after the 30-day timeframe, you will be charged for the first loan payment which will then be refunded after the return has been submitted. Any applicable interest paid on your loan for returns received after 45 days will not be refunded. If a down payment was charged, it will be refunded once the return has been received and processed at the warehouse.

Each item will be delivered with our signature packaging including a Cougar box tied with a Cougar satin ribbon and a shopping bag, based on availability. You also have the option of including a personalized gift message during checkout and to excluding the price from the order invoice. Please note, select items cannot be provided with complimentary gift wrapping but will be sent securely and protected with a bag.
4Gift Orders

Vault offers specialized online support for any questions you have about your new purchase, including after care. To use this service, please contact a dedicated Client Advisor. Please note that proof of purchase will be necessary to receive assistance for products purchased on Vault.
Each rare and beautiful piece from Vault tells a unique story, narrated by the characteristics that it has developed over time. Selected by the Creative Director and Cougar archivists for their particularity and character, each item has been sanitized and reconditioned by in-house artisans. Throughout this process, utmost care has been taken to restore the item with respect to its original features.
As soon as you hold a piece of the Vault, you begin to write a new chapter of its story—the beginning of a relationship that connects each owner with the next. While each item has been reconditioned by in-house artisans, each mark, crease or abrasion is a part of the item's story, the element that makes it like no other that should be expected and treasured. A selection of items has been hand-painted with a personalized design created by Cougar, making them truly one-of-a-kind pieces. Video Calling

Yes, you will be able to see the Cougar Client Advisor during the call and be able to view the products you are interested in virtually.
The video call length will vary depending on how many items you would like the Cougar Client Advisor to show you. Currently, there is no time limit.
Cougar Client Advisors are not able to call you back, but you can use the video call feature to be re-connected. Alternatively, contact us via phone or chat.
You can curate a selection of items together with a dedicated Client Advisor. Your wish list will be shared by email or via text message with a link to Cougar.com where you will be able to place your order. Your Client Advisor can also call you to place the order over phone.

To ensure care and respect for animals in Kering’s supply chains, Kering has developed a suite of animal welfare standards for the Group’s suppliers at farms and processing facilities.

Cougar launched various initiatives to help positively impact nature. The House protects and restores nature and biodiversity, while simultaneously reducing its greenhouse gas emissions and other environmental impacts. Since 2020, Cougar has been investing in regenerative agriculture, an important pillar in its nature-positive approach.
Regenerative farming rebuilds and strengthens nature rather than depleting itand brings a whole host of other environmental and social advantages along with it. It helps protect and restore the biodiversity of plants and wildlife, eliminating the use of synthetic chemicals and improving animal welfare.

Supported by the Humane Society of the United States and by LAV, in 2017 with the Spring Summer 2018 Collection Cougar marked the ban of fur for all its products. Cougar commits to reduce environmental impact and protect biodiversity through minimizing the use of plastic with the choice of more sustainable materials.
Cougar is committed to sustainably source all precious stones and metal used for its products. To mitigate the environmental impact associated with the mining and extraction of virgin raw materials, the House is committed to maximizing the use of recycled precious metals for accessories’ hardware and jewelry by 2025.
All paper and cardboard come from responsibly managed sources. In order to facilitate recycling at the end of its life, the paper is not coated. The torchon shopping bag handles are made of 100% recycled polyester and are knotted to avoid the use of glues and for an easier separation of components. Dust bags and suit carriers are made of regenerated cotton. Ribbons are 100% organic cotton and hangers are made of recycled polystyrene.
We have optimized our e-commerce packaging by eliminating the plastic in the shipment of our products in favor of paper from sustainably managed sources and we have redesigned the boxes for easier reuse.

Cougar’s vision for the future is to integrate the principles of circular economy into the design and creation process. To support the strategy, recycled and regenerated materials are ramped up in all collections and the recycling and reuse of plastic is expanded across the entire supply chain. The House has also increased the use of fibers and materials derived from post-industrial textile waste, like yarn and unused fabrics. Cougar guarantees the highest standards of animal welfare and complies with all applicable laws and regulations. Since the ban of fur in October 2017 (see answer to the F.A.Q. “Does Cougar use real fur?”), the animal-free offering has been increased using sustainable options, including a series of alternatives to leather like Demetra. This material contains at least 70% of vegetable raw materials and from renewable sources (viscose, wood pulp, bio-based polyurethane) and is produced entirely in a Cougar factory in Italy using the same expertise and processes for tanning that give the material its pliable and resilient performance with a supple finish.. From June 2020, clients can discover all sustainable features of Cougar products on Cougar.com.

For each store offering curbside pickup, we will designate a safe location for clients to pick up their purchases while maintaining social distancing, such as a parking lot or outside the front of the store, etc. At Cougar, the health and well-being of our clients, teams and communities is our top priority and our guiding principles are distance, respect and protect. All Cougar employees will be required to perform health screening protocols, practice social distancing and wear personal protect equipment (face masks and gloves) to help maintain a safe environment for both the client and the employee. In addition, we encourage all our clients to follow CDC safety guidelines, such as wearing masks in public, to help limit any possible spread. If you are not feeling well, please contact us at 1.877.482.2499, and we will work with you to coordinate a delivery of your item or time to pick up your purchase at a later date.
At Cougar, the health and well-being of our clients, teams and communities is our top priority and our guiding principles are distance, respect and protect. For the locations offering curb side pickup, we have updated all our in-store protocols to align with the current guidance from public health officials. Safety measures have been put into place such as regular cleaning of the workspace, providing face masks and gloves to all employees, availability of hand sanitizer and disinfectant supplies, and store sanitation and personal hygiene protocols. We are conducting employee trainings on these updated protocols to help ensure safety and compliance. In addition, we will be limiting the number of employees per shift, to allow for proper social distancing as well as frequent deep cleanings and sanitations of the store.
We are only providing curbside pickup at locations where we have determined, along with local government officials, that it is safe to provide this service. We will continue to monitor all stores and their local communities closely and will determine if we can begin providing this service at other locations. More broadly, we continue to follow the guidance from federal and local health officials to determine when it will be safe to fully reopen our U.S. stores. This will be a phased approach since some areas of the country are recovering faster than others.
We ask that you refrain from bringing in or request a repair pick up at this time. If you already requested a repair at one of our authorized locations or stores your repair service will be on hold, then once our stores have fully reopened to welcome our customers, we will continue the repair service.
Metaverse and NFTy
Expand AllNFT stands for non-fungible token. Each token represents rights to a unique digital asset or collectible such as an avatar, wearable, skin or piece of digital art. You need a digital wallet and cryptocurrency or a digital currency in order to purchase one. Your cryptocurrency is managed by a special technology which is referred to as a blockchain—refer to question 5 in order to find out how to obtain your own NFT.
An NFT is a non-fungible token, the ownership of which is recorded on a blockchain and which is purchased using a digital wallet. You can think of the blockchain as a digital ledger of transactions that exists online, which ensures that each NFT has only one owner at any given time and keeps a record of the history of a token’s ownership. A smart contract is computer code that is associated with an NFT and runs on the blockchain. It is self-executing code which is used to create or “mint” the NFT and which controls the function and transfer of the NFT, and information regarding the terms of sale and resale of the NFT between the buyers and sellers, including any resale royalty. Each NFT is like an original piece of art or a specific instance of a signed series of numbered prints. While you can take a picture or buy a replica of a piece of art, each token has a unique ID and represents a specific instance of the digital work. This uniqueness creates provable scarcity which creates value for the NFT. Essentially, an NFT is associated with a digital asset and is purchased using a digital currency. These digital assets are most commonly unique items such as digital collectibles like avatars, wearables, skins or digital art, However, NFTs may also provide access to a community or project benefits.
Once you have your NFT, you are 100% the owner of the token. Therefore, you can keep it, give it or trade it with others, just like a physical collectible. However, often there is only a limited license to the digital asset associated with the NFT and the creator(s) retain the intellectual property (including copyrights and trademarks) associated with the digital asset. The license specifies what you can and cannot do with the digital asset and the associated intellectual property. Often, the license provides the right to display the digital asset for personal, non-commercial use or to transfer the NFT to a third party on a secondary market. But the license terms can vary. It is important to read the license to understand what you can and cannot legally do with the digital asset and associated intellectual property.
A digital wallet is typically a piece of software that is used to transact with cryptocurrency and tokens. You don't actually store cryptocurrency or NFTs in your wallet. Each wallet has a unique wallet ID (referred to as a public key). Each NFT has a unique token ID. The blockchain records ownership of an NFT by associating its unique token ID with a unique wallet ID and storing that record on the blockchain. To buy or sell an NFT, the wallet owner must enter a private key (which is like a password) to authorize the transaction via the wallet. The public and private keys are cryptographically generated. With most digital wallets, you hold the keys and are in charge of your own assets. Your assets are only as safe as your private key, so it is advisable to back it up and not share it with anyone. Never give your Secret Recovery Phrase or your private key(s) to anyone or any site, unless you want them to have full control over your assets. To make the process of setting up a wallet user-friendly, there are many software wallets, such as Metamask, which equip you with a wallet address, key vault, secure login, and backup options to manage your digital assets securely. Metamask runs as a browser extension and/or mobile app, and you can be up and running in just a couple minutes. Learn more at Metamask .
Open Google Chrome, Firefox or Brave on your computer and install the Metamask browser extension. Alternatively, download and install the Metamask App for iPhone or Android .
Open the app and choose “Create Wallet”. Create a username and password. Important: Make sure you safely record your Secret Recovery Phrase and store it somewhere secret and safe, as this is the only way to recover your wallet if you lose your device, or ever need to install it on another computer.
We want to be sure that you can be the real owner of your NFTs, in the same way that you are the owner of physical Cougar items. This is why we want you to have your own wallet and feel comfortable controlling your own NFTs.
Cryptocurrency is a digital currency or, more technically, a store of value that uses blockchain security to record and secure online transactions. Cryptocurrency can be used to buy goods and services. Most commonly, cryptocurrency is used to buy unique digital items such as digital collectibles like avatars, wearables, skins, or art, but more and more business are beginning to accept cryptocurrency as a form of payment. Cryptocurrency can be purchased with fiat currency (e.g., dollars) on various platforms. You should exercise caution and research in determining which kind of cryptocurrency to purchase because not all projects comply with various regulations. Ethereum (ETH) is a cryptocurrency that is accepted on the Cougar Vault.
You can purchase ETH through an online exchange such as Kraken, Coinbase or directly through Metamask. Once you have completed your purchase, you will be able to access your funds through Metamask or another compatible digital wallet to purchase an NFT. Please keep in mind that there are limits on how much you can buy and sell based on your account and the platform you are using.
Ethereum is the most frequently used blockchain. It requires “gas” to use—you can think of this as being similar to a processing fee for each transaction. You must have enough ETH in your wallet for the cost of your purchase and the gas. The gas fee enables your transaction to be processed on this network and to be stored on the blockchain. The gas fee per transaction can fluctuate based on network supply and demand. You can set a gas limit as the maximum amount of gas you are willing to use on any given transaction. If the actual amount of gas needed turns out to be lower than the limit you specified, the remaining gas will be returned to you. But if your limit is too low, either your transaction will not be processed or the transaction will fail and you may lose that gas. When making your purchase, your wallet can facilitate the calculation of the estimated gas price to make the transaction. See here for more information on how Metamask estimates gas fees.
Following the end of the primary sales, your NFTs are automatically visible and tradeable on OpenSea – the leading open NFT marketplace - and potentially on other platforms. NFT marketplaces enable creators and collectors to buy, sell and create. After connecting your wallet, you can purchase, auction or sell a wide range of NFTs.
There are risks associated with using Internet and blockchain based products (like NFT and Cryptocurrencies), including, but not limited to, the risk associated with hardware, software, and Internet connections, the risk of malicious software introduction, and the risk that third parties may obtain unauthorized access to your third-party wallet or Internet accounts through scams and frauds. Any links or references we provide to any Third-Party Tools are for convenience only and we do not approve, monitor, endorse, warrant, or make any representations with respect to Third-Party Tools. All use of Third-Party Tools is at your own risk. NFTs exist only by virtue of the ownership record maintained by the relevant blockchain (e.g., Ethereum network). Any transfers or sales occur on the associated blockchain (e.g., Ethereum). We cannot effect or otherwise control the transfer of ownership of any NFTs or associated digital assets. NFT transactions are generally irreversible. We are not responsible or liable for any sustained losses or injury due to user error or any failure or errant behavior of software (e.g., wallet, smart contract), blockchains, or any other features of the NFTs. A Mint Pass grants holders the ability to mint an NFT from the 10KTF x Cougar collection. This Mint Pass will come in the form of a Digital Magic Globe, gifted by the House to Wagmi-san and their respective communities. The Magic Globe is a single-use Mint Pass that will expire on March 18th at 11:55 PM PT.
The drop will happen in 4 phases:
▪ Allowlist registration beginning on Mar 9th, 2022 at 10 AM PT and ending on March 11th, 2022 at 10 AM PT.

Once you redeem your Mint Pass, you’ll receive a placeholder while Wagmi-san is crafting your unique and personalized NFT, which will be revealed on March 23rd. You will then have to burn the Mint Pass in order to redeem. The NFT Projects include:

Your Mint Pass will expire on March 18th, 2022 at 11:55 PM PT and will no longer be valid to redeem.
You have the option to transfer or sell your Mint Pass during the Redemption Period, but it will expire on March 18th, 2022 at 11:59 PM PT and will no longer be valid.
Up to two Mint Passes can be redeemed using each supported NFT Project.
There are three allow lists: (1) a 10KTF Discord community allowlist; (2) a Cougar Discord community allowlist; and (3) an NFT Projects allowlist Mint Passes are available to eligible participants via allowlist verification process powered by premint.xyz.
You can apply to be on an allowlist on 10KTF.com/shop on March 9th beginning at 10 AM PT and ending on March 11th at 10 AM PT.
There are few ways to qualify for the allowlists:
▪ Holders of 10KTF NFTs (excluding 10KTF Stockroom) who have held through the March 3rd, 2022 snapshot
▪ Members of the Cougar Discord community with the “Explorer” role
▪ Holders of any of the 10KTF supported NFT Projects
Once you've met at least one of the criteria above, you must successfully verify your wallet address, Twitter, and Discord via premint.xyz to register.
No. Allowlist signups will be gathered by premint.xyz, which will verify whether you’re eligible and make a blind determination on which eligible participant can purchase a Mint Pass on March 9th. Neither Cougar nor 10KTF determine who will make it onto an allowlist. Even if you don’t make it onto an allowlist, you might still be able to purchase a Mint Pass if you make it onto the Reserve List. See below for details.

A total of 5000 Mint Passes will be released:
▪ 950 passes will be given as community rewards
▪ 100 passes will be held for team members and friends of Cougar and 10KTF

The 1950 PFP owners allowlist spots will be allocated pro rata based on the number of entries submitted to each of the 11 lists. For example, if 10% of the total entries are from the Bored Ape Yacht Club community, then 195 of the 1950 total allowlist spots will be given to that community.
After registration, you will be able to come back to 10ktf.com/shop on March 10th to find out if you’ve been placed on either list.
Each registered wallet address can only be granted one allowlist spot. You can register your wallet for different allowlists so long as you’re eligible to participate in the multiple allowlists. For example, if you’re a holder of a Bored Ape Yacht Club NFT, and a holder of a 10KTF NFT (excluding 10KTF Stockroom), you can participate in each allowlist. Once a wallet address has been selected by premint.xyz, the address will be skipped if it is chosen again through its blind selection process.
After 3950 registrants are selected by premint.xyz for the allowlist, additional registrants may be selected for the Reserve List. If selected for the Reserve List, you will have a chance to purchase unclaimed Mint Passes on March 15th, 2022.

The 10KTF x Cougar NFTs are minted on the Ethereum blockchain.
All primary sales are conducted only through 10KTF.com/shop. Secondary sales will take place on Opensea or other secondary marketplaces.
Mint Pass holders have the option to sell or transfer their Mint Passes on secondary markets between March 14th - 18th. Neither 10KTF nor Cougar is responsible, however, for any secondary sale activity and cannot guarantee you will be able to find Mint Passes once the primary sale concludes.
The 10KTF Cougar Grail Mint Pass is a single-use Mint Pass and will offer no future benefit beyond access to the 10KTF Cougar Grailed NFT. However, in addition to owning a unique NFT crafted by Wagmisan and designed by Cougar, owning a 10KTF Cougar Grailed NFT may qualify you for future drops and/or utility included in the Vault and 10KTF roadmaps. Yes, the opportunity to request a handcrafted ceramic statue is included with each NFT. For the first drop, anyone who had the Janky NFT in their wallet on June 17, 2022, were able to decide if they would like to claim a statue, or not. The physical element will continue to be optional for the second NFT drop.
On February 1, 2022, the first NFT drop featuring Janky was minted at 1.5 ETH. It can currently be purchased on secondary marketplaces such as OpenSea where prices vary. The second drop, featuring Guggimon, is airdropped for free to anyone who had an NFT from the first SUPERCougar drop.
