PRIVACY POLICY
Note: Cougar Clothing has no exchange policy on sale items.
Products not on sale can be exchanged from any of our retail stores within 7 days from the date
of delivery. If the time passed has exceeded 7 days, the exchange is impossible.
Our exchange policy is very flexible provided that
- The product is unused.
- The price label and tags are intact.
- You have the purchase invoice.
- The exchange is made within 7 days of purchase.
If an incorrect/faulty product has been delivered, contact our customer service center by emailing us images of the product at info@cougar.com.pk or calling us at 042-32301484 within 7 days of delivery. After our team reviews the product, we will gladly help you with your exchange. Once 7 days have passed from the delivery date, our team will no longer entertain any claims.
Return:
Cougar does not offer a "return or refund policy'' on purchased
items.
Note: Please do not accept the parcel if it's already opened or tampered with in
any way.
Kindly only accept parcels that are packed in Cougar branded flyers.

DOMESTIC
- Free Express Home Delivery for orders valued at or exceeding PKR 2500/-
- A shipping fee or Rs.180 is applicable on orders valued below PKR 2500/-
- All orders may take up to 3 - 5 working days to be delivered
- All Lahore Orders would be delivered within 48 hours of the order being placed.
- If Lahore orders are not delivered within 48 hours, please contact our customer support or message us
INTERNATIONAL
Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping yet.
ONLINE ORDER PROCESS
- Order on the Cougar website by selecting a product and clicking on ‘Add to cart’ or ‘Buy it Now’, if you don’t wish to add more items to your cart.
- Click on the bag icon located on the top right corner
- After reviewing items in your cart click on proceed to check out
- Fill in the Following details:
- First name
- Last name
- Phone#
- Address
- Country
- State/Province
- City
- Select a payment method (Debit - Credit Card /COD)
- Press the ‘Order’ button to place your Order and get your Order Number
- Once your order is confirmed you will receive an email
- After the confirmation email you will receive another email with a tracking number and your order details
- you will receive an automated call from Cougar through which you can confirm your Order. In case of no confirmation call, reach out to us at 042-32301484 or info@cougar.com.pk.
- During the transition of your package, you can use the tracking number to stay updated with your delivery status
- Upon receiving your order, please pay your due charges and keep your Invoice for at least 14 days (as per our return & exchange policy)
